Honey Creamer & Liquefier Machine has two functions.
1) to carry out the process of creaming honey
2) to heat and Melt crystallized Honey
The heating tank of these machine have heating cables placed around the drum this allows for a uniform and consistent heating tank. This device is also has a temperature controller which prevents the honey from overheating.
The product is made of stainless steel which is designed to create precise cremated Honey using temperature of up to 40 degree and unique mechanical stirrer. This process changes the honey from crystallized to liquid. When the process is complete the honey reaches consistency which would be similar to butter.
The Creaming process is performed in a repetitive ‘Work-Break’ cycle. The mixer works for 15 minutes and then stands for 1 hour. This process is repeated for 2 or 3 days to produce a quality honey with consistency which is a spread similar to butter.
