If your goods are received damaged or are unsatisfactory in any way, we must be notified immediately upon receipt and, in any case, within no more than 7 days of receipt.
Please notify us in writing or by email detailing the condition of the goods and reasons for return. We will promptly respond to whether the problem can be resolved or advise you to return the goods. Contact should be made by e-mail to the following email address within the time period specified above;
Return goods must be in the same condition which the customer had received them, the return goods must not be used or modified.
All returned merchandise must be sent to the following address and contain a written account containing proof of purchase and reasons for return. It must arrive at this address within 14 working days of confirmation of return.
All agreed returns will be refunded in the currency purchased via the website, to the value of the product at the time of purchase.
The return postage cost must be paid for by the recipient unless otherwise agreed between customer and supplier prior to return.
